As recruitment season has ended, and everyone is settling back into their usual routines, we are excited to attend some upcoming events this October—

This coming Tuesday, we’re planning on attending the Greek Picnic at Chancellor Ruth Person’s home. All of the Greeks on campus are very honored to be invited, as this is an exciting event!

Many sisters will be playing in Panhellenic Council’s Powderpuff fundraiser this coming Thursday! Our profits are to be donated to the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation! The boys from Kappa Sigma, Theta Chi, and Phi Kappa Tau are going to be coaching/cheerleading/water-boying as well. It’s sure to be quite fun. The game starts at 5:30 PM.

On Friday, we had a scavenger hunt mixer with Kappa Sigma around downtown Flint! It was a lot of fun!

Tonight, we have our first meeting with all of our new members. They’re getting pinned! It’s all so exciting, and we feel so blessed to have 15 new sisters!

Hello from Phi Sigma Sigma-Theta Iota.

We have decided to make a Tumblr to keep everyone updated with our happenings.

We just finished formal recruitment and it was a blast! We had theme nights all based on cities around the United States—Maui, New York City, and our hometown of Flint, MI!

We are very proud to say that we have 15 new sisters, putting us at 47 members! We are very excited with what is to come! In the meantime, we plan on getting to know everyone new and just spending time together.
